Home Staging Services Australia exists to spread one under-known fact: Australian home sellers can stage their property before sale and pay nothing until settlement, no matter which stager they choose. Around that fact we have built a verified national directory, honest cost and ROI data, and plain-English guides for sellers.

Who runs this site

Ben Stockdale has spent decades in and around the Australian real estate industry, and in all that time one thing never changed: the homes that were presented well sold better, and the sellers who skipped staging almost always left money on the table. He built Home Staging Services Australia to promote the process he believes in, and to spread the word that sellers no longer need cash upfront to do it properly.

Ben is not a stager and does not take payment from staging companies for listings. This site is funded by its referral partnership with Property.Credit, which is disclosed on every page and explained fully in our editorial policy.

What we are, and what we are not

• We are an independent directory and education resource. We are not a staging company, a lender or a financial adviser.
• Directory listing is free and is not an endorsement. Every listed business is verified as a genuine, operating staging business before publication.
• Our statistics are cited to their sources, and where Australian data is thin we say so and use international benchmarks, labelled as such.
• Scenarios in our guides are realistic illustrations, never presented as real client case studies.
