How this site makes money
Home Staging Services Australia earns referral revenue from Property.Credit, a pay-at-settlement finance provider. When you follow our links to Property.Credit and use their service, this site may earn a referral fee. Property.Credit is a separate and independent business; this site is not owned or operated by them, and they do not write, review or approve our content.
In future, staging businesses may be able to pay for featured placement in our directory. Standard listing is free and always will be; any paid placement will be clearly labelled when it exists.
Our editorial rules
- Scenarios are illustrations. Worked examples and scenarios in our guides are realistic but invented for explanation. We never present them as real client case studies, never invent testimonials, and never fabricate reviews.
- Reviews are never curated. Where our directory points to Google reviews, it links to the complete, unfiltered set. We do not select, edit or reproduce individual reviews.
- Statistics are cited. Staging ROI figures come from international industry sources, principally the NAR Profile of Home Staging and the Real Estate Staging Association. Australian industry experience is broadly consistent with these benchmarks, and we label them as international figures because that is what they are.
- Imagery is labelled. Concept and illustrative imagery on this site, including before and after visuals, is labelled as illustrative and is not photography of real client projects.

What we do not do
We do not provide financial, legal or tax advice. We do not guarantee any sale price uplift or ROI outcome. We do not accept payment from staging companies in exchange for favourable coverage, and no staging company has any editorial influence over this site.
